In keeping with our "Wisconsin eats" tradition, we took our annual summer trip to Maiden Rock to replenish our blueberry and black currant supply. This year's unusual weather (wet May, humid June, insanely hot July) resulted in an exceptional - and early - blueberry crop. Lucky for us!
We may have gone a bit overboard on the blueberries this year, but can you ever really have too many antioxidants? We'll just make more pancakes!
